Because I would have never figured out the profiles with this I've since then put new key caps on it including stainless steel ones on the gaming rows, and I personally cannot find a better keyboard. It's 2020 and I'm still using mine, I have the Cherry MX blue switches, they feel as good as the day I bought it.

Thanks for helping me decide to buy this keyboard, I was set between this and another one, but ultimately this one for its specific features, I can deal with crap software for a little bit while I set it up, not like I need to use the software 24/7. Had mine for about three years and now, it duplicate letters like crazy, the space doesn't register much anymore and etc. I did enjoy the video, and I do like the keyboard (though i wish I would have gotten stiffer switches, I miss click SO much with this keyboard!).

That was why I came to this video, and while you did mention which menu I needed to go to to solve my problem, it really would have saved me a ton of time if you had shown how to do those steps. I love the detail you went into with the build quality and lighting, but i wish you would have walked us through the macro and customization of the G keys.

I changed out most of the keys for HyperX pudding keycaps (The Left Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys along with the space bar are non standard so replacing them is difficult) and they have made a huge difference to the way this keyboard feels. So messing with the software can potentially be a one-of-deal and if you dial your settings in, you will never need it again. Saving grace for this keyboard is the built in memory that you can use to store your keyboard's various profiles to.

The macros are amazing to use and I have dedicated one to putting the computer to sleep and some others for MMO games. That being said Its still one of my favorite keyboards to use to date.
